Investigation Process

PHASE 1: Initial Contact

You can contact us via email. Give us a brief description of your paranormal activity and the location the activity is occurring (e.g. residential, business or public area). One of our team members will contact you via email or telephone, usually within a day or two. We may have a few questions for you before we proceed to the next phase. Contact Us

PHASE 2: Interview

We will set up a mutually agreed upon date and time where one or more members of our team will then conduct a personal interview with you and any other witnesses that have shared your experiences. This is best done at the actual location of the paranormal activity, so we can have a clear understanding of the areas of the phenomenon is affecting.

PHASE 3: Data Collection

We will research and gather any other data that we can to use on our investigation and brief our entire investigative team.

PHASE 4: Investigation

We will come to your location, set-up all our required equipment and conduct our investigation. Most investigations are done at night, and require approximately 3 to 6 hours to complete, but it will depend on the size of the investigation area.

PHASE 5: Evidence Review

After we have collected all of our data from the investigation (audio, video, photographs), we analyze all of it in real-time to see if there is any proof of paranormal activity.

PHASE 6: Client Meeting and Reveal

At the conclusion of the evidence analysis, we meet with you again to discuss all of our findings. We will provide you with possible alternate explanations, answer any of your questions, and address any of your concerns. If need be, we are prepared to conduct further investigations. We can offer you with advice on how to proceed with any further matters. We will also provide you with a USB flash drive of all the captured evidence.

We at T.O.P.S.® do not feel that Phase 6 is the conclusion of the process. We are here to help you.

We are available for you should you need further assistance, we are always just a phone call away.
